We specialize in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems. Issues can range from software conflicts and virus removal to replacement or in some cases repair of internal hardware components. We also perform upgrades of existing hardware upon request. Our primary focus is on-site technical support with you, one-on-one. No unplugging all the wires and driving the desktop to the shop for repair, unless you want to. We also accept in-shop work at our Franklin, Maine location. We sell a customizeable line of desktop computers which fit a range of uses: from the casual user to the power gamer, and from the office workstation to data server. Also, we are are resellers for Dell, Toshiba, and other name brand manufacturers. We also offer a comprehensive range of computer accessories and supplies along with the experience to help you choose from the numerous options available. In March of 2009, we initiated our Printer Ink & Toner Purchasing Program, a distribution service for your everyday printing supplies. We can provide advice and training on web design and hosting solutions, however, Charybdis Computer Services is not currently accepting new clients for its web design service.
